Located on the 5th floor of St. James Healthcare, our Regional Orthopedic Center of Excellence is a collaborative effort between St. James Healthcare and Montana Orthopedics. The vision behind the center was to establish a regional orthopedic center of excellence offering quality, innovative, patient-focused services in the areas of joint replacement surgery, trauma surgery, spine surgery, and sports medicine.

Our Joint Center provides patients and their families with a uniquely pleasant environment and all the tools necessary for the best possible outcome in total joint replacement of the knee, hip and shoulder.

Our Montana Sports Medicine Program has taken a leadership role in the prevention and treatment of athletic injuries. Experience gained by working with athletes transfers to the treatment of orthopedic injuries in active adults whose only competition is in the "game of life." From arthroscopic surgery and physical therapy to wellness and athletic training, Montana Sports Medicine provides services to active people.
