Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization Public Notice
St. James Healthcare is routinely surveyed and accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (Joint Commission).
The purpose of the survey is to evaluate the organization's compliance with nationally established Joint Commission standards. The Joint Commission requires organizations to communicate to the public that if members of the public have any quality of care or safety concerns, they should notify the Joint Commission.
If you have a concern regarding patient care or safety, please notify our Patient Safety Coordinator at (406) 723-2554, your caregiver, or any member of our management team. If you need immediate assistance after business hours, call (406) 723-2500 and ask the hospital operator to connect you to the hospital nursing supervisor or the Administrator on Call.
